Record Division

The Benton County Records Division is a civilian support unit, which provides front desk service, maintains general records maintenance or data entry not only for this office but some additional agencies within Benton County. Some of the duties for the staff include filing of all warrants, including small agency warrants issued in Benton County, entering orders of protection, Governor’s warrants, and body attachments. Process and disseminate all arrest record paperwork to the courts. Direct, oversee, and upkeep of inmate file records, including scanning, filing, and uploading to appropriate agencies. Oversee execution of all recall/quash/vacated orders. Execute ACIC/NCIC validations of all active warrants. Process weekly bonds for courts and paperwork dissemination. Calculate and prepare weekly reports. Provide telephone assistance and complete all freedom of information requests.
