Beaver Lake has never been safer for swimmers, fishermen, and boaters.

The Benton County Sheriff's Marine Patrol is charged with the responsibility of patrolling beautiful Beaver Lake. Beaver Lake is a 28,370 acre lake with 487 miles of shoreline. The Marine Unit fleet has four patrol boats and four wave runners assigned to the unit which are put to use by qualified full and part time uniformed deputies.

The team is equipped with the latest advanced technology to assist boaters and swimmers in need and to keep Beaver Lake safe from crime. This technology includes boat mounted radar, Infrared cameras and underwater sonar for locating drowning victims, evidence etc.
